1. Islamabad Jurisdiction & Platform Nature
Destination5 operates exclusively within the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT). In accordance with the ICT Commercial Transport Regulations 2026, Destination5 is strictly a non-commercial, peer-to-peer commute-matching utility. We are not a ride-hailing company, transport operator, or commercial entity. The platform exists solely to facilitate introductions between verified individuals sharing similar routes for the express purpose of dividing existing fuel costs.
By utilizing Destination5, you acknowledge that we bear absolutely zero liability for any incidents, disputes, accidents, or conduct occurring before, during, or after any matched commute. You assume total personal and legal responsibility for your safety, vehicle condition, and interactions.
2. Verification Integrity & PECA Compliance
Identity verification is mandatory prior to any contact exchange. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date government-issued identification (CNIC) and institutional proof. Submitting falsified, manipulated, or stolen documents is a criminal offense under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016 and its 2026 amendments. Such actions will result in an immediate permanent ban and mandatory reporting to relevant ICT authorities.
3. Strict Prohibition of Commercial Use
This platform is strictly for sharing fuel costs on existing, fixed daily commutes. Utilizing Destination5 to operate a commercial pick-and-drop service, unauthorized taxi service, or any for-profit enterprise violates our core dignity-first philosophy and contravenes local transit authority directives.
4. Community Standards & Enforcement
All users are expected to treat matched peers with absolute respect as equals. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the unrestricted right to ban any user at our sole discretion to protect the integrity of the Destination5 community.
